Coscut Online Marketplace Seller Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 23 December 2024
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Coscut online marketplace ("Marketplace") by sellers ("you," "your," or "Seller"). By registering as a seller and using Coscut, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Registration and Account
1.1. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
1.3. Coscut reserves the right to verify your identity and refuse or terminate registration at its discretion.
2. Product Listings and Obligations
2.1. You may list products that comply with Coscut’s policies and applicable laws.
2.2. Product descriptions must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
2.3. You agree to fulfill all accepted orders promptly and professionally.
2.4. Coscut may remove any listing that violates policies or receives excessive complaints.
3. Fees and Payments
3.1. Coscut may charge service fees or commissions, as communicated at the time of registration.
3.2. Payments for products sold are subject to Coscut’s payment processing policies. 3.3. Coscut is not responsible for payment disputes between Sellers and Customers.
4. Conduct and Compliance
4.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and e-commerce regulations.
4.2. You must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behaviour.
4.3. Coscut may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
5. Disputes and Cancellations
5.1. Sellers must establish clear cancellation and refund policies.
5.2. Disputes between Sellers and Customers should be resolved amicably; Coscut may intervene at its discretion.
5.3. Coscut is not liable for losses resulting from cancellations or disputes.
6. Liability and Indemnification
6.1. Coscut is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from transactions on the Marketplace.
6.2. Sellers agree to indemnify Coscut against claims, losses, or damages arising from their products and transactions.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1. Coscut reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
8. Termination
8.1. Coscut may terminate or suspend a Seller’s account for policy violations or misconduct.
8.2. Sellers may deactivate their accounts by providing prior notice to Coscut after fulfilling all pending orders.
8.3. Sellers' accounts will be deactivated if listings do not match actual products and customers return them.
8.4. Seller will not be eligible for any refund of subscription for deactivation of account.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia.
